City of Marquette Arts and Culture Center
Located in the lower level of the Peter White Public Library, the Marquette Arts and Culture Center hosts regional and national exhibits monthly, special events and offers classes and workshops in various art mediums, hosts musical and lecture series and is home to a children's theatre program. Michigamme Moonshine Art Gallery is located on the most Western End of Marquette County in the small, historical Village of Michigamme, Michigan with its large lake. The gallery represents nearly 50 local fine artists and local authors. From Realism to Abstract, a Microcosm of Modern Art. Michigamme Moonshine Art Gallery is open year round, during the winter call ahead for opening times. The gallery features 7 – 8 artists’ shows and receptions a year.
