This month’s Partner Spotlight is Big Brothers Big Sisters of Marquette and Alger Counties. We had a few questions for their Executive Director, Jayne Letts. Learn more below.

What makes your business unique?

Our unique mentoring program gives local kids the tools they need to reach their full potential and enjoy a great quality of life in Marquette County.

What has been your biggest challenge?

The ongoing need for Big Brothers to mentor the kids we have waiting.

What is something you wish the community knew?

Being a “Big” impacts you sometimes as much as the “Little”. You don’t have to be perfect, you just have to be present.

Why do you like doing business in Marquette County?

It’s a beautiful place and has a strong sense of community.
