Swanberg promoted to Vice President of Economic Development

MARQUETTE – Lake Superior Community Partnership (LSCP) recently promoted Caralee Swanberg to Vice President of Economic Development.
Swanberg has a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Northern Michigan University. Before joining the LSCP in 2010, she worked in high-tech financial start-ups, venture capital and private real-estate development throughout the east coast and mid-west. Swanberg is certified in Economic Gardening and is a Certified Global Business Professional. She oversees all Business Development activities and in her new position as VP of Economic Development her role will be expanding to lead several strategic objectives set by the organization over the next five years.
“Caralee has been an integral part of the LSCP Economic Development team for over four years,” comment LSCP CEO, Amy Clickner. “She has helped lead our team to serve a record number of clients and increased LSCP programming and strategic objectives in her tenure.
