Speaker Jase Bolger Announces House Republican Transition Teams for 97th Legislature

SPEAKER JASE BOLGER ANNOUNCES HOUSE REPUBLICAN TRANSITION TEAMS FOR 97TH LEGISLATURE

 

LANSING – Speaker of the House Jase Bolger today announced the transition teams to help House Republicans continue to move Michigan forward as the 96th Legislature ends and the 97th begins.

“We have accomplished a lot for Michigan families in the past two years, but there is still so much to do,” said Bolger, R-Marshall. “Too many Michigan workers are still in need of good careers and too many small businesses are struggling to provide more jobs because of government roadblocks. The transition teams will help us move smoothly from one legislative session to the next so that we gain even more momentum in turning this state around with a clear focus on helping Michigan workers, families and taxpayers.”
